Notice of 2010
Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the Canberra Multicultural Community Forum Inc.
will be held on Thursday evening, 25 November 2010, in the Room 6,
First Floor, at the Griffin Centre, 20 Genge Street, CANBERRA ACT 2601,
commencing at 7pm (http://www.griffincentre.com.au/location-map.php).
The agenda for the meeting follows.
Only delegates representing Full financial members are able to vote at the
meeting. The name of the delegate voting must be the same as notified on the
joining/renewal form. Changes to delegates must be received by the CMCF at
least 3 days before any general meeting, in this case by 5 pm Monday 22 November
2010.
No proxy votes are permitted.
According to Rules 45 and 46 of the Constitution, each Office Bearer and each
Ordinary Committee Member of the Executive Committee shall hold office for a
term of two (2) years, and as elections were held in 2009, there will be NO
election of these positions at this coming AGM.
Annual subscriptions were due on 1 July 2010 and must be paid before the
commencement of the AGM at 7 pm on 25 November 2010. A Membership
Renewal Form is enclosed.
